Doug Boon is CEO and co-founder of 7 Generations. Mr. Boon has 26-years of gaming experience with 18-years in executive leadership. He has built casinos, hotels and golf courses for many Tribes throughout the USA. Mr. Boon’s is a unique leader with a proven track record of leadership and public relation skills. Ability to manage, organize and promote a positive work environment while ensuring a high standard of ethical business conduct and the protection of company assets.

He is an enrolled member of the Tulalip Tribes of Washington state. Applying his experience from gaming and economic development, he is proud to serve many Tribes across Indian country.
