7 Generations is a Native-owned lead developer. We work with Tribal Nations that want to own the energy, industrial, and agricultural infrastructure on their own land, and we start from the Nation’s goals, not ours.
The moment
The grid needs what many Nations already hold.
Demand for firm power is rising faster than the grid can connect it. Interconnection queues run for years, and county permitting and local opposition slow projects further.
Tribal Nations hold land, water, and Sovereign authorities that can shorten that path, along with federal tax structures that now pay clean energy credits directly to Tribal entities. Many Nations hold Sovereign authorities they have not yet exercised. Whether and how to use them is each Nation’s decision.

The gap
Utility-scale energy infrastructure is being built on Tribal land. Rarely is it Tribally owned.
The usual arrangement is a ground lease. An outside developer builds, owns, and operates the project, and the Nation receives a lease payment. That arrangement is legal, it is common, and for some Nations it is the right answer. It is simply not ownership.
We have looked across Indian Country for a majority Tribally owned energy project above 100 megawatts on a Nation’s own land. We have not found one. 7G exists to help a Nation that wants that outcome reach it on its own terms.
What we develop
Infrastructure owned by the Nations who host it.
Every project is structured for majority Tribal ownership. This protects the incentive stack for the Tribe as well as its development, lenders, and investment partners.
Energy
Generation and storage sized to the Nation’s goals, from covering its own load to serving the grid or behind-the-fence users, anchored by the Energy Bank.
Industrial Campus
The Tribal Energy Innovation Campus (TEIC): advanced manufacturing and, where a Nation chooses it, carefully selected Sovereign Compute tenants that bring community benefit and local jobs.
Agriculture
Food Sovereignty alongside Energy Sovereignty: industrial hemp for building materials and greenhouses powered by the Nation’s own energy.
Real Estate
Factory-built, hemp-based Tribal housing and the Harvest Village community concept, designed to run on the Nation’s power.

The platform
The Energy Bank and the Tribal Energy Innovation Campus.
The 7G Energy Bank™ is a modular, chemistry-agnostic energy storage anchor that scales from 1 MW to more than 1 GW. Our reference design is 500 MW. It can stand alone or sit at the center of a campus.
The Tribal Energy Innovation Campus (TEIC™) is 7G’s design concept and network. It co-locates generation, storage, industry, and workforce training on Tribal land. Every campus is owned and named by its Nation.
Why we are ready
We did the work before the first meeting.
Years of tracking energy and energy storage markets and federal policy. Screening technologies and partners, and declining the ones whose record does not hold up. Building the ownership, incentive, and legal frameworks that make a Tribal-first structure work in practice, not only on paper.
We bring that work to a Nation at our own cost and show it openly, including the risks. The Nation decides whether any of it fits.
