Tribal-owned utility-scale energy

7G develops Sovereignty into generational wealth.

Tribal-owned utility-scale energy, built for seven generations.

The moment

What the market needs, Tribes uniquely have.

The energy grid is jammed. Connection wait times average seven years. AI infrastructure spending crossed $1 trillion in 2026, and the bottleneck isn’t compute — it’s power.

Tribal Nations have what the market urgently needs: sovereign authority to permit projects faster, more than 200 gigawatts of untapped energy potential on Tribal lands, protected water rights, and federal tax structures that make Tribally-owned energy among the strongest infrastructure investments in the country.

The gap

The market is being built on Tribal lands. Tribes don’t own it.

About 1.7 gigawatts of renewable energy projects sit on Tribal lands across the country. 95% are owned by outside developers. The Tribe collects a lease payment. The developer keeps the energy, the profits, and the long-term wealth.

Total Tribal-owned capacity nationwide is roughly 85 megawatts — every project combined.

Zero Tribal-owned projects above 100 megawatts exist anywhere in the United States. Not one.

7G exists to change that.

What we develop

Energy assets owned outright by the Tribes who host them.

Each capability below is structured for at least 51% Tribal ownership from day one.

Energy

Utility-scale solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, hydrogen, micro-grids, and e-fuels — paired with the storage and infrastructure that turn intermittent power into bankable revenue.

The platform

The 7G Energy Bank™ — the Tribal Energy Innovation Campus™.

The 7G Energy Bank™ is a utility-scale strategic energy reservoir — the revenue engine at the center of every Tribal Energy Innovation Campus. The Energy Bank storage capacity can range from 100 MW to over a gigawatt (GW). The TEIC™ platform co-locates generation, storage, data centers, advanced manufacturing, and workforce development on Sovereign Tribal land, under Tribal ownership. Behind-the-meter design skips the seven-year grid queue; Sovereign permitting compresses development to 24 to 36 months.

Why now

We did the work before you ever heard about it.

Years tracking the energy storage market through its 93% cost decline. Years monitoring every federal policy change from the Inflation Reduction Act through OBBBA. Years of relationship building, capital structuring, legal frameworks, and the TEIC™ blueprint. Approximately $250,000 invested per Tribal opportunity — not a generic pitch, a personalized investment tailored to that Nation.

7G did the homework so the Tribe doesn’t have to start from zero.
